Trust Wallet Not Showing Balance — Fix Guide
Your Funds Are Not Lost
If Trust Wallet shows zero balance or missing tokens, your funds are almost certainly still on the blockchain. The issue is display-side — the app cannot fetch or recognize your token balances.
Fix 1: Check the Correct Network
Trust Wallet is multi-chain. Tap the network selector at the top. If your ETH is on Ethereum but you are viewing the BSC network, the balance shows as zero.
Fix 2: Add the Token Manually
Tokens need to be enabled to show. Tap the toggle icon → search for your token → enable it. For custom tokens: “Add Custom Token” → enter the contract address from CoinMarketCap or Etherscan.
Fix 3: Refresh Wallet Data
Pull down on the main screen to force a balance refresh. If that does not work: Settings → Preferences → Clear Cache → Restart app.
Fix 4: Reimport Your Wallet
Wallet → Settings → Wallets → (i) → “Show Recovery Phrase” (store this safely) → Delete Wallet → Import Wallet → paste your 12-word phrase. Forces a full re-sync from the blockchain.
Fix 5: Verify on Blockchain Explorer
Open etherscan.io and search your wallet address. You will see your true balance independent of any app.
