Binance Withdrawal Not Received — What To Do
Step 1: Get the Transaction Hash (TXID)
Binance → Wallet → Transaction History → Find your withdrawal → Copy the TXID. This is your tracking number on the blockchain.
Step 2: Check the Blockchain Explorer
Paste the TXID into the appropriate explorer:
ETH/ERC-20: etherscan.io | BTC: blockchain.info | BNB/BSC: bscscan.com | SOL: solscan.io
If the transaction is confirmed (green check), funds left Binance successfully — the problem is at the destination.
Step 3: Verify Address and Network
Compare the destination address in the explorer with your wallet address character by character. Also confirm the network matches — ETH sent on BSC network will not appear in a regular ETH wallet.
Step 4: Wait for Confirmations
Most platforms require a minimum number of block confirmations before crediting. ETH typically requires 12–64 confirmations. Check the explorer for the current count.
Step 5: Contact Binance Support if No TXID
If your transaction history shows no TXID after 60 minutes, submit a ticket at binance.com/support with your withdrawal ID and amount.
